IE browser error? or Spyware!!!

IE keeps popup and close after boot up OS.
Whenever open file explore, it also wakeup IE.

SOLUTION:
While booting up, press F8 to go into SafeMode
Run PestPatrol Enterprise v4.4.2.7
Please login/logoff all the user within the server and run PestPatrol again for each user.
Rebbot OS after all above are done.
