Microsoft Rewards point's Flip and Win will never email you the winning SR# to your email.
So, you HAVE TO take screen shot of it or write it down before you close the winning page!!!
I won the "1 million sweepstakes entries for 1 million points"  on April 26, 2017 and thought that I will getting the winner notification email from Microsoft, but it never came in my email box.
MS customer service won't help unless you have the SR#.
So, for your future reference, the screen shot of the PR# page is very important.
