Don't waste your Smog test money (around $30) if your car battery died recently.
My car seldom drive and battery died out few week ago due to the COVID19 pandemic shelter-in-place situation. The SMOG test failed and the tester told me to test it again after drove 100 miles later. The failed test due to battery died and wiped out some kind of car information for the test.
So, if your car has the same situation, drive it more than 100 miles, and then do the SMOG test.
Re-test passed after drove 100 miles. Just charged 10 buck from the same vendor.
